I grew up on a farm in west central Indiana were strong family values and work ethics molded my life. I believe hard work and perseverance are two keys to success and education shapes the future that impacts the lives of communities. I know my proven leadership skills, strong commitment to high ethical standards and flexibility in devising proactive responses to changing socioeconomic conditions would allow me to make a significant contribution to our country. I offer a diversity of experience and professionalism with my greatest strengths being responsibility and accountability.
Serving in Baghdad, Iraq 2005-06 as a member of the Indiana National Guard as a medic and a contractor in Kuwait and Afghanistan 2009-13 I supported our military personnel training them in the latest in combat medical procedures. My academic and professional goals are intertwined and rely heavy on my personal credentials. I have long engaged in complex and challenging issues in my professional careers. I am currently completing a Masters Degree in Education from Indiana University.
