“My name is Pierre Quincy Pullins and I ran for the 7th Congressional seat (Indianapolis, Indiana) in the May,2006 and May, 2008 Democratic primary elections. I am a graduate of IUPUI BS General Studies ’93. Did nearly 18 years in the Army Reserves and National Guard before my career was taken away. Honorably Discharged, but it was not honorable the way the Army treated me. Was involved in airport security; first with the Indiana Army National Guard in 2001 at the Indianapolis International Airport in 2001. Then with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at the Louisville International Airport in 2002 and 2003. AFGE didn’t help me but i still support unionization of TSA screeners. No felonies, misdemeanors or domestic violence. In a situation worse than the David Goldman story (Man kept from son for years), I’ve paid over 41k in child support, haven’t seen the boy in six and a half years-he’s eight and I was almost killed on 3/31/08 in a hold-up at a Magic Johnson’s Starbucks (now closed) in Indianapolis. Some of you will remember that I was one of the Democrats that challenged Ms. Carson for the nomination in the May, 2006 primary. It was reported that I finished dead last behind two (2) convicted felons (Bob Hildalgo and Joseph Charles Stockett)with only 306 votes county wide. I don’t believe in those election results-and never will. WHAT YOU(the public) DIDN’T KNOW was that, at that time, I was in an adversarial relationship with the then presiding judge of the Marion Superior Court, Judge Cale Bradford, and that low-down vindictive prosecutor, Carl Brizzi. I sued them a year earlier (May, 2005) in federal court. Then, Cale Bradford recused himself and the entire Marion Superior Court from hearing my case. Bradford ordered that the file be sent to the Indiana Supreme Court to be assigned to another judge. The file never made it over to the Supreme Court. Judge Cale Bradford and Doris Anne Sadler were responsible for that file. When I ran for Congress in 2006, with my file still missing, I came in dead last behind two (2) convicted felons with only 306 votes. Sadler was counting the votes. On 9/28/06 Bradford, or someone using his code, made a false entry into the case chronology and disposed of my file. Three days later, Carl Brizzi threw an unnecessary enforcement action against me. That was coordinated. Brizzi also took an 1800.00 unclaimed property check from me with no right of appeal. Last year I paid 6500.00 in child support plus the 1800.00 and haven’t seen my child in six and half years because Bradford destroyed my file. In July, 2007 Governor Mitch Daniels skipped over three good Republican judges and put Bradford on the Court of Appeals even though he knew Bradford destroyed my file. I ran again in May, 2008 and they committed election fraud again as I came in dead last again with supposedly only 200 votes. As of 2/10/10 my court file is still unaccounted for. I still haven’t been reunited with my son, and in a court case that the city of Indianapolis wasn’t told about, I was ordered to pay Bill Mays and the Indianapolis Recorder $14,000.00 in legal fees. I believe that court case was rigged. I don’t believe the Recorder should be entitled to protections given traditional newspapers because Carolene Mays has used that newspaper to promote her political career. I believe the Indianapolis Star is suppressing news from the public. The United States Department of Justice is failing in its responsibility to investigate these blatant violations of the law for mutually shared political reasons.”
